Founder and President: Jeffery Pierre

 Clarity Foundation was founded by Jeff Pierre in his home town of Orange, NJ.  Graduating from William Paterson University in 2012  with a Bachelors Degree, he continued on to hold multiple positions at varies fortune 500 companies.  Faced with the realities seen in his community, Jeff unknowingly become a social activist.  One of his favorite music artist the late Nipsey Hussle spoke on the idea of clarity and its power. Inspired by his message Jeff went on to create Clarity and all its programs with the goal of social change and youth empowerment. 

Clarity-Having an intellectual understanding with a "clear vision" to overcome any challenges. With this understanding in mind we aim to provide the less fortunate, the youth and eager minds an opportunity to learn, grow and prosper in society.
